$750 / 3br - Private Bedroom/Bathroom in Condo

Private room for rent I’m looking to rent out a bedroom in my condo, you’ll have access to a parking spot, living room, washer/dryer, kitchen, as well as your own private bathroom.
Rent will be 750 (this includes utilities) month to month with a 200 dollar deposit.
I am a 26 year old, single mom with a 2 year old and a newborn on the way.
This condo is located right by Fresno state and would be ideal for a solo female, who doesn’t mind kids.
Would be perfect for a travel nurse or student but open to any female! Would prefer no animals, but willing to consider! Posted before but post got deleted accidentally!
