This place is a steal! It's a penthouse apartment w fireplace, 3 decks (you get your own deck!) views for day's, close to parks and a few blocks from Fillmore neighborhood, Japan town, Hayes Valley (more than a few blocks but also close!) There is convenient public transportation everywhere (22 Muni, 38 Geary, 31 etc.
) There is secure parking available for an additional price, cheaper than most garage spaces in the city at $100.
Fitness SF is downstairs and very convenient, also additional fee but discounted for those that live in the building.
It's an all club membership if you want for in SF and Marin w this location boasting a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a plethora of other amenities like
massage chairs, trigger point guns and the normal gym equipment & exercise classes) Safeway is across the street.
A great deal for all of the wonderful things the neighborhood offers and a responsible and nice roommate.
Delicious restaurant options, retail, activities galore, farmers market outside of the buildering on Saturdays and as quiet as you can get for an apartment building.
The closet is a good size and there is extra storage space at the entrance in an additional closet.
In addition, this is a perfect apartment for roommates as the rooms are on either side of the apartment with the kitchen in the middle.
The room for rent is unfurnished and the rest of the apartment is already furnished with a couch, end tables, dining room table, etc.
I am sure you can bring personal items to make the place feel like home but ultimately, you and Mark (your new roomie) can discuss what is best for both of you.

This place is pet friendly as well and there are dog parks on the property, amongst areas you can sit and relax by a waterfall and spaces throughout to chill around green spaces and lush trees.
There is also tons of amenities like grills to have bbq's etc.
The apartment was renewed in November 2023 for a year so technically you would be signing for the reminder of the lease which would be a 10 month lease with option to go month to month if you and roomie decide.
There will be a $100deposit needed and renters insurance will be required per The Fillmore Center requirements.
