I am a female that works 5-6 days a week and 2-3 nights as well.
, I am looking for someone who has a solid income and is clean! I have a 6 month old Pitbull named Buddy….

he is a bit hyper when you first meet him however he is just a gentle loving thing.
You would be responsible for half the rent and half the PG&E ….
$575 is half the rent & the PG&E at half is roughly $100 or less.
WiFi will be included.
There is a laundromat nearby that is $3 to wash with free drying…but nothing on site.
Also there is a non-refundable deposit of $275.
I have a lease that is up in the end of May.
I am not sure if I’m going to continue here on a month to month basis or I may move.
So this could be a temporary or you may be able to just lease the unit yourself after May.
