I am friendly, kind, and fairly easy going.
I do like a clean and fairly quiet house.
I have been sharing the townhouse with two CU Boulder graduate students.
The female engineering student is staying on for another year.
She has two cats.
The neighbors in our building and the one next door are friendly and quiet.
This is a very safe and quiet area.
I have had my car parked on the street for long periods with no issues.
We strongly prefer a non smoker and someone who is friendly but respects our privacy, is good with cats, and is responsible and respectful.
