Due to my work, I am moving out from my room from 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and looking for someone to take over my lease.

-Dishwasher, microwave, and fridge come with the apartment.
-Small outdoor pool and gym.
-Utilities are included in the rent, with the exception of electricity.
Additional pros:
-Current rent amount is notably less than the market price for similar option since the apartment it was continuously rented for a long time.
-There is off-street parking lot and a garage for 1 car available.
My roommate (your future roommate) prefers parking lot, so you will have garage to park.
-If you will move by March 25, I am ready to cover $375 security deposit for you since I am a bit in a rush.
You will cover just remaining days of the first month starting from move in date.
- Apartment has 2 balconies (1 small private balcony and 1 shared)

Managment of the complex is quite responsible and responsive, never had any issues with regards to that.
