- If non working student, then parent's proof of income and credit check required along with the signing of the lease.
- No Smoking/vaping / Drugs allowed in the house.
- Minimum 6 months lease required.
- First month Rent $800 and security deposit of $800 will be required at signing.
- $200 worth of PG&E utilities for a single person included in Rent, anything above $200 has to be shared.
