About California Autism Center
The California Autism Center and Learning Group (CAC) was founded in 2014 with the intent to bring client-focused center-based ABA services to the Central Valley.
Data supports a center-based model as the most effective method for treating children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Similar to in-home services, the center-based model still allows for individual treatment plans in addition to supplemental home and community-based services as needed.
This model also provides more learning opportunities for clients and increased support for staff.

We have Treatment Centers in Fresno, Merced and Visalia.

A supportive environment focused on a work/life balance The Role As the Office Assistant, you'll play an integral role in supporting our clinical team.
The Office Assistant will be expected to be flexible and adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment and able to make sound judgments to execute tasks with minimal direction.
The Office Assistant is a valuable resource to the treatment center and administrative team by proactively collaborating with various departments to meet operational needs.
This full-time, hourly, non-exempt position reports to the Office Manager under the Director of Operations.
The Office Assistant also works closely with the Treatment Center Director and the Director of Human Resources.
Observe regular office hours Monday through Friday; no remote work is available for this position.
Key Responsibilities: General administrative work such as answering and routing phone calls, scanning, copying, data entry, filing, and scheduling while delivering high-quality customer service Daily communication with the clinical team concerning scheduling regarding staff or client cancellations Assist with daily health screening of staff and clients Review daily schedule for any billing inaccuracies Financial duties include expense reports, processing payments, and purchasing Facilities management includes coordinating vendors and ensuring proper operations of all equipment Coordination of meetings at various department levels Obtaining supplies and tracking inventory Work on special projects and other duties as assigned What you Bring: A High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of previous administrative work Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ideal candidate also has: Experience using practice management software and scheduling Assertive and self-confident Problem solver Ability to maintain confidentiality Demonstrated reliability Excellent time management and organizational skills Bilingual Full compensation package are based on candidate experience and certifications.
