Direct Support Staff/Case Manager

Rellysworld Support Services is currently seeking professional compassionate individuals for the position of Case Manager and Direct Support Staff in our Supported Living Services,(SLS).
Case managers will be compensated at 50k.

You will provide assistance and teach them on how to complete their day-to-day tasks at home such as (but not limited to)-- \* personal care tasks \* toileting assistance \* housekeeping tasks \* meal planning/prepping/cooking \* transportation to their appointments/errands \* be a trusted companion for our individuals who will look up to you for guidance.
\*You will also complete administrative responsibilities such as electronic submission of progress notes, attendance (clocking in/out), checking your work Email daily, and etc.

then APPLY NOW The right candidate should meet these * Have completed DSP 1 or/and 2 (Preferred) * Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
* Have reliable transportation \*One to two years’ experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
* Ability to lift/push/pull 50lbs.
* Ability to work on holidays and during inclement weather.
* Have basic understanding of how to use a computer/ smart phone for documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.
