Looking for place in country (Fresno)

I am a 68 year old man on a very limited income of Social Security.
Would like to find someone who has a trailer or small house in the country and needs someone on the property to just be there and/or do some light caretaking in exchange for the rent.
I have knowledge of livestock, especially cattle and hogs having grown up on a 2,300 acre ranch in Arkansas.
I am currently renting a room from a lady in Fresno.
Have been here 8 years.
Before that I was taking care of a 56 acre ranch in Coarsegold for 6 years.

Have plenty of references and am very active in my Church.
