Estate and business manager - $50,000 (Fresno)

Hello I am looking for an estate and business manager.
Currently I own 3 houses I rent out and multiple businesses that include a vintage race car restoration business, commercial parts sales online and more resale.
So what I am looking for is a hands on daily assistance / business partner & domestic assistant / partner.
What I am offering.
Up to $50,000 per year.
Housing and all expenses paid.
After 5-10 years I will put all the houses and businesses in your name.
My estate and business associates have recently been appraised for over 2 m.
Be single and available to work full time.
