Housecleaning for trade wanted

I need someone to help me clean my house plus I need to downsize my stuff.
I have tons of antiques and collectibles and I need to go through them and get rid of a lot of them.
I need someone who would trade helping me for stuff I’m getting rid of.
You would be able to select items before you started and they will be worth more than the work you do for me if I paid you cash.
I want you to be happy along with me being happy.
I want you to continue to help me and you will if you get extra.
