Need International shipping partner (Fresno)

I know there are a lot of shipping and logistics companies around here, however I'm having a very difficult time finding one that fits what my company needs.
Our cargo varies from less than truckload to full truck load.
Everything we ship is fresh fruit.
We require refrigerated shipping at 30-32 degrees Fahrenheit.
Weekly volume ranges from 0 to 50 full containers.
We want one partner to handle all shipping logistics for us.
We have customers all over the USA, the middle east, China.
Japan, the pacific Islands and more.
We need by sea and by air options and we also require quotes that we can provide to our customers 24 to 48 hours if possible.
