SAN MAR Properties, Inc is an established professional property management company searching for an experienced painter with some maintenance experience to join our Valley Wide Maintenance team.
Majority of the work is painting the interior of apartment homes to make them rent ready.
Other projects include (but are not limited to) exterior of apartment buildings, interior / exterior of single family homes, curbs/ speed bumps, fencing, sheetrock repair and texture matching.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Interior & exterior residential painting; Multi-Family and Single- Family homes
* Drywall repairs, taping & texture
* Proficient with airless sprayer
* Maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.

* Maintain a positive relations with residents
* Ability to work independently
* Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction

* *Must provide proof of vehicle insurance and maintain proof prior to expiration of existing policy*
* *Drive personal vehicle for company business (mileage is paid)*
