Key Responsibilities
Visually inspecting and testing machinery.
Diagnosing malfunctions by listening for unusual sounds.
Dismantling and repairing defective equipment, and installing new parts.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
Adhere to safety guidelines, and assist with moving machinery and parts using industrial equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery, conveyors, motors, and production equipment.
Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial automation systems.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Competency in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and report maintenance issues.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Commitment to workplace safety protocols and adherence to regulatory standards.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, and work in confined spaces.
Capability to stand, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
