Position Overview:
The Inventory Associate is responsible for physically counting inventory with inventory counting equipment for retail clients across various locations and accurately entering information into WIS equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:
Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked
Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation
Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise
Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness
Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred
Prior teamwork experience in an inventory and/or retail setting preferred
Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
; the ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
Requires traveling up to four consecutive days a week.
