*Brief Summary of Job: * Responsible for all aspects of training and ongoing development with team members.
*Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: *
* Lead post onboarding training and schedule individual training sessions for each New Team Member
* Ensure all team members have successfully completed training prior to being scheduled alone on the sales floor
* Spend time on the floor auditing training and developing personalized development plans for individual team members
* Build and maintain relationships with our Brands and their ambassadors
* Help cultivate repeat customer base through brand loyalty program and data retention
* Strong product knowledge and understanding
* Follow up regularly with team members in their first 90 days to ensure they have the tools for success
* Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
*Experience/Knowledge/Education:*
Previous two (2) or more years' experience.
*Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:*
Must be 21 or older.
English speaking or bilingual.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments.
Well versed in communicating effectively and concisely.
Dependable.
Reliable transportation.
*Physical Requirements:*
Standing and walking for long periods of time.
Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting and carrying.
Reaching above, at and below shoulder level.
Lifting and carrying unassisted up to 30 lbs.
