Rentals & Retail Team Member 2024

Must be 16+ to apply! *Responsibilities include:* * Distribute tube rentals and inform guests about tube policy * Maintain tube inventory, which includes cleaning, organizing, and repairing tubes * Assist in escorting guests to their cabana rental * Ensure all incoming items are accounted for and have correct bar coded price tags attached * Ensure all display racks and counters are stocked and organized * Assist guests utilizing suggestive selling and recommendations * Greet and assist all guests in a helpful and courteous manner * Maintain inventory on all products * Responsible for maintaining an honest work environment, which includes reporting theft and dishonesty * Responsible for following all the Island Waterpark policies and procedures as outlined in park manuals * Comply with all the Island Waterpark dress code and grooming standards * Perform opening and closing duties as outlined by department manager/supervisor * Keep work area clean, stocked and well organized *Skills* * Previous customer service experience is a plus * Hands-on experience in cashier duties * Attention to cleanliness and safety * Patience and customer-oriented approach * Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude * Responsible and trustworthy * A high school diploma is a plus but not required *General Qualifications:* * May be required to stand for long periods of time * May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
