Vacation Rental Listing Manager

We are offering services in the property management field and we are looking to hire positions that deal with short term vacation rentals.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee vacation rental properties - Market available properties to attract potential tenants - Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with rental policies and procedures - Collect rent payments and handle tenant inquiries and concerns - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed - Conduct regular inspections of rental units to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards Skills: - Strong administrative skills to manage rental documents, contracts, and financial records - Knowledge of real estate law and regulations related to rental properties is a plus - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and vendors - Experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is preferred - Customer service-oriented mindset to address tenant needs and concerns promptly - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties, leases, and maintenance requests efficiently - Ability to negotiate lease terms and resolve conflicts between tenants and property owners Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
