What you'll do
Oversee on-site operations of a busy RV Community
Build positive relationships with residents, vendors and team members
Assist in the marketing, showing and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
Collect rent
Following all safety & emergency procedures
Communicating with management daily
Adhering to Company standards
Provide administration support
Communicate, by phone, email and in person with team members and vendors
Enforce rules & regulations of community
Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
Additional duties as assigned
What you bring

Goal oriented, with an eye for detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to re-evaluate priorities daily and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and collaboration, both independently and working as a team.
A high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills
A self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word
Requirements:
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of answering busy phone lines
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
Pay rate: $20-23/hour DOE
Full-time, 40 hours a week
