Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc.
Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

Requirements:
Leasing Consultant Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales-related role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
Experience in hospitality, retail, sales or customer service will also be considered.
Excellent Customer Service experience
Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media).
Must be able to work M,T,Thurs,Fri 8am-5pm & Saturday 10am-4pm Off Sunday & Wednesdays
Valid CA License and active auto insurance
