We are looking for a Manager of Inpatient Pharmacy to join the growing Community team! In your role, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee the operations and clinical activities of our Clovis Community and Fresno Heart and Surgical teams, composed of 100 team members and 4 supervisors.
With your extensive pharmacy knowledge and leadership skills, you will strategically guide process improvement activities, to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance high-quality pharmaceutical care.
This is a collaborative team where communication and engagement with Pharmacy leaders across our healthcare system is key, and personal and professional growth is encouraged at every corner.
Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing pharmacy and therapeutic services in a healthcare setting and previous supervisory experience required 2 years of supervisory experience required Licenses and Certifications RPH - Registered Pharmacist with valid State of California Pharmacist License required Disclaimers: • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
