Firms' Risk and Brand Protection (R&BP) Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program?
The scope of the TPRM program includes performing risk-based due diligence on Deloitte U.
S.
Firm's third parties.
Due diligence will include reviews by Independence, Anti-Corruption & Trade, Vendor Cyber Security, and other risk domains.
In this role you will: to enhance
Gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of TPRM Gateway while working with colleagues in the US and USI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Define enhancement ideas for better solutioning to business requirements
Gain basic knowledge and understanding of Deloitte U.
S.
third party due diligence policies and guidelines, as well as working knowledge and proficiency in various risk & compliance group compliance processes and monitoring functions
Provide technical support related to all elements of TPRM Gateway and Service Now tickets, including user access, user interface, reporting & monitoring, bulk import jobs, and process support.
Liaise with the TPRM Gateway stakeholders on third party due diligence matters, system requests and reporting support related to from the system.
Analyze metrics, trouble shoot issues for performance of third-party diligence efforts and open support cases to platform vendors,
Support configuration changes and system development and conduct system testing and support go live activities.

On a broader scale, R&BP protects, preserves, and enhances our reputation by helping our senior executives identify, assess, manage, and respond to top-tier risks and crises or incidents that could undermine the firm's brand and reputation.
Qualifications
Required:
Experience with Aravo configuration
At least 4-6 years of experience working for a professional services organization providing one or more of the following: system configuration, development, troubleshooting, implementation, user support, reporting and other related services.
Bachelor's Degree required

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $123,200.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
