Leading litigation law firm is seeking insurance defense attorneys with 4 plus yrs of experience in Insurance defense litigation; Special interest in attorneys with first-party insurance litigation and/ or construction-defect litigation.
Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation, insurance defense, construction defect, product liability, premises liability, and bodily injury.
The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:
* Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, handling mediations
* Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals and clients
* Self-starter; professional
* Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
* Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
* Steller research written and verbal communication skills are key
* Motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented
