We didn't need them and are happy to offer them for free to whoever can pick them up from our house.
The gray version can sit by your bed or attach to a regular toilet.
The white version goes on a regular toilet really elevates the toilet seat.
I don't think someone shorter than 5'5" could use it comfortably.
