I have been using Quickbooks Online and Heartland for 6 years, Quickbooks Desktop for 15 years.
I also have experience with i360 & ADP.
How the process works:
If your business is working with Quickbooks Desktop (Installed on your computer) it can be uploaded into Quickbooks Online and the work will be done there.
Monthly you will send me all of your statements (Bank, Credit Cards, and Cash Receipts) and I will take care of the bookkeeping, making sure you have accurate end of month Financial Statements.
As a business owner, you will appreciate the monthly snap shot of how your business is operating and where you might want to make some changes.
I have been a Payroll Administrator for the past 25 years.
The programs I have used are Heartland, ADP and Quickbooks Online.
If you already have a Payroll service, I would need the numbers at the end of the month to enter them into Quickbooks Online.
My fees are competitive and reasonable, setting up the best possible structure for my clients.
