We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to provide companionship and light assistance to our elderly parents, Ralph and Lyn.
Ralph is a 91-year-old man with mild dementia who weighs 210 pounds.
Lyn is his 86-year-old wife who weighs 86 pounds.
They live in a beautiful home in the Eastern Sierra Nevada mountains.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Help Ralph dress, get up out of chairs and bed, and take him for small walks
- Help Ralph with meals and clean up accidents
- Help Lyn with dishes, trash, and driving
- Be a companion to Ralph and Lyn, providing conversation and support
Other caregivers come several times a week to help with showering and laundry.
