Assistant Scheduling Counselor

*Summer Camp Scheduling Assistant Job Responsibility:* *MUST LIVE ON PROPERTY FOR THE SUMMER (OVERNIGHT JOB)* *Work week - 6 days on and 1 day off* *Assist the scheduling director in all of the following:* * Daily puzzling * Reporting skills * Travel logistics * Trip Schedule * Assign lifeguards * Assign Evening patrols * Ensure schedules are given to bus drivers at least 1 week in advance * Schedule day off for non-management staff and Activity Heads * Assign day off bunk coverages * Print roll sheet for perm record and submit to camp office * Keep track of off-property trips calendar and submit to operations manager * Create first day camper tour schedule * Know where every camper and staff member is at all times based on schedules/records submitted * Ensure proper ratios of counselors at activities in accordance with safety guidelines * Approve schedule changes and submit permanent documentation of pod activity changesManagement meeting minutes and follow throughCoordinate with division leaders to ensure strongest staff is on for Saturday programs * Ensure Roll sheets are in counselor mail boxes in a timely manner, including infirmary and other necessary department leads * Other duties as assigned Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $550.
