*Job Description:*
We are seeking passionate individuals, who are comfortable working one on one with children.
We provide in-home ABA intervention and on-site center based, in which the Behavior Technician follows an individualized intervention plan developed by supervisors to increase and teach skills, along with reducing challenging behaviors.
*We have positions available from 15 - 30 hours per week with hours ranging from 10 AM - 7:30 PM depending on your schedule, we offer flexible hours.
* *Must commit to at least 3 weekdays in which you are available between 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, or 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor.
* Collect and record data on patient behavior.
* Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family.
* Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
* Attend training to acquire further knowledge.
* Teach, learn, and play with our clients to help them reach their highest potential
* Engage in and ensure client safety
* Maintain strict confidentiality of all clients and professional conduct at all times
* Utilize safe & appropriate handling procedures when working with clients.
* Maintain a punctual, consistent, reliable schedule with clients
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
* Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending the required training.
*Qualifications:*
* Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Experience working with children is a plus
* Bilingual in Hmong required
* Valid CA Driver's License & Proof of auto liability insurance
* Oral and writing skills necessary for communication with family members and children
* Positive outlook, enthusiasm, self-motivated and high energy
* Ability to work individually and function as a part of a team
* Knowledgeable and skilled in computer/word processing software
* Must pass a criminal background check (Clean DOJ/FBI record)
* Must have or be able to acquire First Aid/CPR Certification
* Must have COVID Vaccination
* Must have or be willing to get Booster Shot for COVID
* Must have or be able to successfully complete RBT certification
* Must pass TB test, and have up-to-date immunization record (per company requirements)
* Strong interest in working with individuals impacted by neurodevelopmental disorders
* Must be able to lift 30 to 60 pounds
* Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
* Must be sufficient to read and comprehend written communication through a computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
* Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites within 20-40 miles from current location.
* Must maintain a professional appearance with regard to clothing, grooming, hair, and hygiene
